IE Loading Error - Temp File Related?

I frequent a wrestling site called http://www.impactwrestling.com (any TNA fans out there?) and I have some issues recently after a fresh install.

I noticed that when I load the main page for the first time (after having just cleared all the IE history and temp files) that the main interface of the site loads fine. See here:

BUT, after things are loaded and I come back, it seems to hang. See here:

Being that it only happens after the first load, I'm assuming something about the temp files it's creating is getting corrupted. I was wondering if this is something that I need to troubleshoot on my end or is it just a problem with the site? I don't find anyone else who visits the site having the same problem.

    Thanks!

I use FF and in order to change your 2nd image into the 1st image, I have to enable javascript at impactwrestling.
Go through your javascript settings in IE.

Also check how often the page is refreshed in IE: every time you visit?
I don't use IE so I can't help you much on the specific settings.

I have checked in the Java control panel and I don't see anything to specifically enable it for the site address and also the add-on in IE for Java has been set to "Active" for all websites.

Also, remember I was able to get the first screen shot by loading the site right after a "History Clear." It's after that where I get screen shot #2.

    Any thoughts?

Like plodr said, I too had to enable JavaScript for impactwrestling, but I also had to enable it for voped. Might try disabling that particular add-on temporarily, clear the history, and see what happens.

I'm able to reproduce this with IE on that site if I navigate away from the home page, then use the back button to return to the home page.
If this is what you're observing it would seem that it's a problem with that particular site and Internet Explorer.
If I click on the HOME menu item, it displays the content correctly.

As a follow on, this only seems to work intermittently. Clicking on the 'stop page loading' then refreshing will also eventually load the page after multiple tries.

This is the WRONG place to look. I said javascript not Java. They are two entirely different things.
Javascript is a plugin/addon/extension for browsers. It has no control panel and is controlled either through the browser or other addons that allow you to enable or disable javascript for particular sites. I generally have javascript disabled for security reasons. I have also uninstalled Java from all computers but one again because of concern for security.

I do not use IE. But I concur with the OP and nullptr, the issue in rendering the site is not consistent, with IE. No problems with Firefox or Chrome.

Enabled scripts on IE... by default they are disabled on IE9. Still no go. Spent half an hour trying x64 and x86 IE with different settings.. intermittent at best!

    cheers..

Thanks to everyone for putting so much work intro trying to resolve this issue.

    2 questions:

    1) I checked in IE's add-on menu and I only see three Java items running. Two of them do not have options to input anything into and the third is currently set to an * (which is the global settings to allow this plug-in to run for ALL sites). What else can I do to enable this to function with impactwrestling.com?

    2) It seems that the sentiment from everyone above is that this problem is happening to them as well and at different times. Is the consensus that it's just an issue with TNA's site setup and not something I should be trying to troubleshoot on my end? After all, how responsible do I, the fan, need to be on troubleshooting an issue on their end?

    Not Java but JavaScript.
It is enabled by default, my post #8 was incorrect. Have a look at your settings.

Thanks for the info, however, I checked the link you provide and it says to make sure the "Active Element" is enabled but when I checked my IE settings, it was already on. As you said, it's enabled by default anyway.

So, what exactly should I be doing at this point to troubleshoot this issue if the JavaScript is already running and theres still an issue?

    Thanks!
