Problem I had with Internet Explorer 8

    Windows update doesn't work.
Internet options won't work, if I cilck on it, it blinks for .5 second and disappear.
Followed trouble shootings from Microsoft website every single step, none of them worked and their last suggestion was scan for virus.

Some detection from Avast and Malwarebytes prior to these logs

With custom setting of Avast, I did full memory scan and it detected Malware-Gen at explorer.exe , but Avast tech says don't do memory scan and use default scan only, whatever detected in memory scan is encrypted virus and is not harmful.
Ran Malwarebytes, detected and fixed Hijactfolder, but the log is gone because I uninstalled it right away.. after reinstalling and rescanning, nothing is detected..

Tried uninstall Explorer 8 but didn't work and blue error screen appears

with uninstallation from Control Panel, I tried to delete Explorer 8 but blue error screen poped up and restarted computer. Now Explorer 8 doesn't work because the uninstallation actually removed some of components, but not the whole files. I tried to delete from C: it's folders and files but wouldn't let me do it. Might have to do with Malware-Gen??..

I'm using Google Chrome at the moment.

    Forgot Malwarebyte log.

I know you guys probably don't need Superantispyware log, but it detected bunch of things... Might be helpful.

this is log (Aug 21th) of Malwarebyte that detected infection prior to the current log (Aug 22th). but is currently quranteened and repaired.

Idk if this is true, but my laptop is purchased in 2005. Perhaps its HDD or even RAM is slowly dying?
Anyway if I try to end task of mbamservice.exe (Malwarebyte), computer freeze..

It found nothing! Cookies are not problems and the previous instructions we had for SUPERAntiSpyware even said to disable scanning for cookies because they are not problems.

You are not having malware problems. Your logs are clean. I suggest that you post in the Software Forum for help with Windows problems.
