Does your PC cause insomnia?

    It's 2AM and you're still wide awake - even though you have to be up at 7.

    Wondering why? Consider this:

    I confess I'm guilty on two counts: Both using my notebook PC and watching TV in bed. Although dimming the display on the PC may make a slight difference, the best way (aside from some melatonin (sp?) at bedtime) to avoid insomnia appears to be turning off both the PC and TV at bedtime.

    Aside from turning off the electronics, does anyone else have sleep tips? Please post. Thanks.

    I have to say...in spite of my admitted addiction to my computer I'm a huge believer in electronics don't belong in the bedroom. No one is allowed to have computers in their bedrooms in our house. I wouldn't even have a tv in there if my husband didn't insist. I hate when he has it on.


    My sleep tip is to read. I dont' think there's anything more relaxing than a good book. I fall asleep to mine every night.
