I'm such a nut job..

So, I ordered some office supplies last week and a few of them were on back order. Instead of sending an email to my rep asking him when does he think I will get them like a normal person would do, instead this idea came to me, so I created it and emailed it to him. He hasn’t replied yet but he probably thinks I’m such a nutjob. :-o

Personally I think it’s hilarious. :-D

 

Very creative, and it shows " thinking outside the box ".

BTW, have you considered a Sam's Club membership? I can't remember the exact price when I bought laminating sheets there several months ago; however I think it was under $15 for a 100 pack of 3M brand.

In addition to shopping at an actual club, they have about as many items available for shipping at their web site as Office Depot or Staples, often up to 50% less.

 

LOL thanks guys. The idea just came to me and I had to do it, it was really easy. I just downloaded a template for MS Word and then just altered the color/text/pics to the way I liked it.

He told me it made him laugh but he did not say I wasn't a nutjob. :-D

That gave me a pretty darn fine chuckle! When I was trapped working retail and dealing with customers, I absolutely loved the ones who were creative about things like that! Most of the time, something like that would have made me move you to the top of the list for everything else you ever ordered. :-D

I used to do stuff like that at work. Seems everyone is way too serious anymore. Wasn't too long ago someone was threatened with a suspension for . . . and I'm dead serious here . . . hooking all the paper clips in a box together. rolleyes Yup. No sense of humor to be found in my bailiwick.
