Cleaning can be a dangerous occupation unless you are sure of what you are cleaning (i wiped a complete hard drive last week and i am supposed to know what i am doing thank god for backups)

I would personally uninstall AVG PC tune (but thats me)

Ccleaner is an excellent application and you can safely let it clean all that it finds also it is very safe for cleaning the registry.
Yamicsoft do a cleaning application 'Windows 7 manager' that is absolutely fantastic and very safe,it finds things that others leave behind but it is not a freebie,i got mine from 'giveaway of the day' quite a long time ago but having used it for such a long time i would happily buy it now.

They also do versions for XP and Vista.
As for the rest i do not think you need anything more just a 'defrag' app and you are good to go.

You could also use Super anti spyware and Malwarebytes anti malware to protect your surfing.

Plus a good anti virus (i use Microsoft security essentials)

Avoid ALL tuneup, speedup and tweaking tools. Most of the claims are exaggerated.
It is safer to do your own tweaking. That way, if something doesn't work the way you think it should, you can undo the changes you made.

If you do some searching and reading you can find things you can do yourself which is safer than a program making multiple changes and you having no idea what was changed.

Example of an article for Win 7: http://maketecheasier.com/disable-annoying-things-in-windows-7/2012/09/03

    No, it is not.

CCleaner is one of the great free tools that cleans unnecessary junk off your computer, and it can also assist you to clean your startup items.

Cleaning the registry of unused items is not only unnecessary, but can have very undesired side effects. I have never used a registry cleaner on any of my systems (Windows 7 and XP), and they all run perfectly fine.
