im trying to fix my grandmothers pc and it has 2gb ram but thing is it has 2 512mb and one 1gb and the pc is running under windows 7 home premium 32-bit and its really slow ive updated ccleaner but it takes forever to clean because it never does clean (ill setup a daily thing later). So im wondering its slow because of the single and dual ram would have some performance issue if not then ill go to the malware center and see if it may be a virus. i even was on the process of installing bitdefender 2013 but it seemed to of froze but it has installed? anyways is the ram having issues or could it be something else cause even my 1gb 2005 computer run faster than this.

    RED FLAGS:

    CPU Average Temperature 54 °C

    Memory Usage 53%

You definitely have something heavily utilizing system resources. And are you sure all the fans are not only working properly, but the CPU heat sink is free of dust/lint?

Is there anything CPU intensive that would account for the high temperature?
