To much junk on my computer, boots slow

There seems to be so many applications a processes going on it takes forever to boot up, how do I strip the crap away and what do I actually need for the computer to run, thanks in advance you guys and gals are the best!

Start
Run typing msconfig
Ok
Startup tab
you must untick all boxes except for antivirus
Windows is asking you about restart - go for it , even you have to inform us about the specifications of your computer , you can download this tool

from left column choose
Summary ( wait 30 seconds until report generated )
from bar menu select :
File
Save as Text file

choose desktop as saving location

Different approach: do you have CCleaner installed? If not, download and install it from http://majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_Slim_d4191.html

Start CCleaner, Tools, Startup. Here too, click 'Save to text file', then upload the resulting startup.txt file to the forum. Shouldn't be more than a few KB.
