My sister has hacked into my computer and now completely controls it. She taps my cursor continuously making it and the screens contantly jump depending on where the cursor lands. She disables programs I like or prevents me from preforming tasks I want like moving a dialog box to the left/right. She freezes the box in place and no matter what I do I can't move it. She adds programs I don't like, games or unknown search engines and removes the progrmas I like and use often. I can find the program but it is disabled and I can't seem to enable it again.
I have a Dell Inspirion laptop, Win 7. I had Dell reset the Drive to new yesterday Nov. 18, 2012. I had nothing I cared to retain. I use AT&T UVERSE wireless. By the time I got through the new setup and checked for Users there was already an alias type user there. Perhaps she has installed hardware on my computer and I don't know how to detect that or remove it.
I only use this computer for surfing and reading. The only game I have ever played is Solitaire. I have never used the camera or set up skyping. I have an account at ebay but have never made a transaction. I have no word or excel documents or recipes or any saved files like that.
I have followed all procedures in your guide to the best of my ability. I am attaching requested items.
Thank-you for considering my request to look at my computer and issues.
    *Note: TDSSKiller found no threats.
*Note: There is a quarantine file for RogueKiller.

    Welcome to Major Geeks,

Then it is likely clean as the logs you attached show. However you did not run MGtools properly and the log is incomplete so I cannot finish checking. But if you just did a reimage, the chance of any infection is very low.

What exactly are you referring to?

I doubt it has anything to do with your sister but I cannot check without a complete MGtools log. Even so, why would your sister want to do this? Are you children?

Thank-you so much for your time. Dell has worked with me for the last two days and I was not able to get here to post and I apologize. I had spyware downloaded to my laptop and inserted into it also (they suspect). Dell believes they have it fixed now. I hope so. My sister is very intelligent unfortunately she became a drug addict and hooked up with the wrong crowd. I tried to help her (perhaps enable) and eventually had to kick her out of my house. It's been revenge ever since. TMI anyway thanks so much for all your time spent looking at my logs and the wonderful website you have created.
    Sincerely,
    Margit

Okay that's great. Glad to hear you have it fixed now.
