windows 7,format , icons not showing up!

hi ,
After i format my computer wich has 2 HD , one only for the sistem OCZ SSD 60gb and 1tb hd. all my icons and menu bar is not showing up .

the only thing showing is background .I try to ctrl+alt+del and i got a black screen.

I try right click with mouse , then view ..... and then check mark on view icons on desktop , and then not show up.

what show i do? i did format it 3 times already , and still like that.

my sistem

i5 3570k
16 gb ram
60gb hd SDD sistem
1tb hd
560 ti ati video card

 

I think it may be trying to spread the desktop over two displays even though you only have one.

Hit the Windows key + P to open display properties. Select Computer only. See if that helps.

 

it could be , i was using 2 monitor before i will try when i get home.

 

I think it is a good possibility, seems to me I had a fresh install on Win7 64bit set itself like that on first boot. It was strange but I happened to remember that shortcut and it was an easy fix.

Maybe someone else will jump in with some suggestions you could also try when you get home.
