USB Memory Stick Not Recognized

    PNY 16gb pen drive. While trying to install XP via Wintoflash the drive was not found. I did try another stick, and all ports work. It is the flash drive itself. Any fix?

    I had the same flash drive and had it plugged into the front of case and it also was not recognized.
    I brought it back to store and it was fine.
    I plugged it into the Motherboard USB at back of case and it works.

    Hmmm. I'm on a Dell Insp 1750. There are three ports and none work. I tried another machine as well. Nothing.
