i have been bothered the last few weeks to upgrade to kaspersky 2013for free
today i tried and during the installation i got the 1316a error message i now can not reinstall or uninstall kaspersky 2012. i get the error message 1316 and rtl120.bps missing ACS.exe missing
reasearching this i think kaspersky 2013 and advanced system care pro 5 a
seem to be conflicting

i can not reinstall or uninstall kaspersky 2012 it promps me i am missing these files i get the same message if i try to unistall advanced system care pro 5

i am running windows 7 home premium 64 bit

 

Hi as you can c im new 2 this. Not sure if im posting in the correct manner now, but i also need sum help with KASPERSKY 2011 internet security! I have vista basic 32 bit running on my HP laptop. Kaspersky was installed in 2011 and had the update for 2012 included. Anyway a long story short, I eventually uninstalled the program the control panel method (i think) but problem is... if i scan for security programs or protection what pops up? Kaspersky! It doesnt even feature in control panel at all! I have tried kav remover and every time it has "removed all traces sucessfully" but there are still files and "residue" left. Now I cant go the uninstall way because it has to be listed as a installed program to be able to uninstall that! Please help!
