    So I have a foxconn motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813186098

and a capacitor just blew. I was running a RAID 0 array on my system and have information that i need to pull from my hard drives. Rather than pay a data recovery service a few hundred dollars, I was thinking I could replace my motherboard and all should work properly....which leads to my next problem. The motherboard that went out is 6 years old and not available anywhere. I was however able to find a refurbished board

It seems like the only difference between the boards is the brand name. They look identical, and both say nvidia 590 sli. Can I use the second mother board and is it likely that my RAID array will once again be functional? Appreciate quick replies, thanks for any help in advance.

The boards, both of them, appear to be discontinued or out of stock. No help here, sorry.

I know that, I believe in my initial post I stated that I have found a refurb model of the second link. My question was if I replace the board from the first link with the board from the 2nd will my RAID array remain functional.
