I been having this latop for over 2 weeks now, installed all the tuning programs needed to work at my business. I had it here sitting next to me while I was on the another laptop and then suddenly Windows defender detected a malware.
The name of the malware was InfoAtoms, I had not installed that program. So I said not going to use Windows Defender and activated MalwareBytes and it started finding a huge amount of Virus and trojans. Given I had already installed both SAS and MAB as well as Avast.

So I proceeded to do a scan using first MAB and it found up to 3500 infections. I ended the scan and I went to tell it to fix issues and it just locked up, so I went ahead and scanned it with SAS and it found like 2800 instances and it went to remove them it did so and then it asked me that it had to reboot.

Ever since it rebooted WIN 7 has never come up again. Start up repair has been trying to do its thing but with no luck.

Here is the repair details its spits out:

I was reading this thread and followed some of the recommendations and on the partition 1 it was hidden and I made it active, reboot the PC an now its stuck with the running bar like its wanting to start with the copyright logo and Microsoft Corporation black screen.

    Ok I need help now.:cry

I restarted the laptop and tried to start on safe mode with command prompt and it started loading the windows\system32\drivers and it stopped on the \disk.sys and it says please wait at the bottom and nothing has happened for quite some time now.

Wonder if making that partition 1 from hidden to active might have made matter worse?

I suggest that you post in the Software Forum to see if you can get help on making Windows Bootup. It may be worth tring System Restore from the Recovery Environment rather than trying Startup Repair.

Upon trying to reboot one other time I went into the boot sector and in there I found a option that said HDI and I went there and it let me just start from scratch and return the laptop to its original state. I got it now operating and i just created a recovery disc/boost disc. Will be making a Image of the drive once I get it where i want it. Thanks guys.

Thanks and this time just made a recovery CD and also using Macrium to create a Image of the drive(s) to make sure if this happens again I can just return back to a clean state.

At the time this happened I had Avast and it did not even pick up anything or warn me.
Windows Essential I think it was that first told me on the task bar of a potential trojan/virus infiltration. What do you guys mostly used for AV protection?

You should only have one antivirus program installed.

Avast is fine. So are Avira and Comodo.

Ah okay thanks, I did not think to uninstall the Windows one since it came with the OS. I am going to delete the all and try this Avira one. I have never used it before.
