Google chrome is loading slow because of YouTube?

I am new here, please be patient with me, am not sure what to do

okay lately, every time I visit YouTube site on Google chrome browser, after few mins it slows down load, and Google stops working, its just carries on loading but never stops or fully loads. This only happens when I go on youtube. If I just use google, it's fine.
Also when this happens no other browsers works as well: Internet explorer. and I have to reboot my computer to fix the problem every time, and it freezes on the logon page, so i have to Manually reboot it. Again this Normally doesn't happen Only when this problem occurs.
my internet is connected, no problem with that.
I cant keep rebooting my computer to fix that problem, Please help

I have ran the antivirus and nothing came up. so it might not be a malware.

 

nope that's not it, I have tried that, and it didn't solve the problem, problem is with pages loading not the video, after fews mins YouTube pages start loading slowly and then Google stops working, and when I restart on logon screen freezes.:cry:cry

have you try going clicking on start: click on set program access defaults. there you can click on custom making sure you clicking on the right defaults you want to use.

I have downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and scanned my computer, nothing came up

also I remember this problem started when I got windows updates and also Avg Internet Security updates, on the same day around the same time, but I don't know which one might have affect my computer or even if it did?
