    I have Defender, and MBAM.
Would you recommend another antimalware program?

I use exactly the same combination but neither SpywareBlaster nor SAS free has realtime protection in the sense you mean, so no issues.

To echo Eathlings answer, SpywareBlaster doesn't scan, it watches and catches nasties before they get to your computer. SuperAntiSpyware Free is standalone, meaning you must manually scan with it. I use both on all 4 of my machines, and will never be without them.

This is great news. I am now running both with no issues. All that was detected were cookies.
    Thank you very much.

SAS reports tracking cookies as malware but MBAM does not because MBAM's authors do not consider such cookies to be malware, and neither do I.

After installing both SAS and SpywareBlaster from MGs I cannot view videos on my isp homepage as it directs me to a site that says I need Flash. That does not help.
    It was ok before.
I tried not using Flash killer but still have the issue.

After some experimenting I found that Flash Killer not ticked allow for Videos but lets unwanted material in YouTube.
I guess it is tic and untic as necessary.

Goldenskull I can't follow the rules

You know its best to get rid of flash killer. If you want to watch videos.

If you do not want to hassle with all the extra programs i know the best way to keep 90% of the junk offf of system.

If you use Firefox in witch most people do now a days.Firefox is and can be more secure then Chrome,ISE,and any other browser.

Here is a link to get the latest Firefox.

Filehippo.com is a trusted site and i have been using them for many years.

Firefox Addons will give you a lot of protection the only thing i see.I would recommend on writing down what add ons you have now.And then completely remove them unless you really need them.

I all so use AVG safe guard toolbar as well. This can be claimed bye installing AVG it self.It works well.

Then With Malwarebytes and AVG i all so use Advanced SystemCare 6 this helps keeps my system cleaned out of the annoying waste full junk. And i for a good measure i all so use CCleaner.

After all you suggested and the time and effort I hate to not follow along.
I use MSIE 10 and once Flash Kill is unticed I am fine with videos such as the ones on my isp's homepage.
I can tic it again if I go to YouTube, which has a nagging y.sting popup, for example, or just right click>settings and tic don't ask again.
I use FF for sites that require it like Snapfish.

I am not using AVG as I have Win 8 a/v and firewall with MBAM, a router and the two other malware programs.

I was asking about the one feature in SpywareBlaster that prevented Flash. I learned by experimenting how to fix it by unticing Spyware Blaster's Flash Kill.
Thank you very much for all your work and I am glad you found a successful combo of programs to work for you.
