Hi and Welcome to the forum and I see you now have a thread in the malware forum on your issue.

A possible to why you had issues posting is that you may have been trying to post in another users thread and in the Malware Forum area this is blocked from happening as each user has their own dedicated thread in that only they and the malware removal expers here on the forum can post in, so other members cannot jump in as that can be confusing.

As you may apprieciate its always good to have a dedicated thread to your issue in relation to mawlare with no side-tracked issues from others as malware removal is in the main unique to the PC in question as no two PCs are the same.
