While we try to stop bullying among children, what about "corporate" adults ? :confused rolleyes

Since the prison systems are already overcrowded, I guess this means a murderer or rapist will be set free early to make room for this guy. rolleyes

Is it just me, or is something grossly wrong with this?

That's the maximum sentence for vandalism but he hasn't been sentenced yet, they will punish him but I seriously doubt he'll go to jail.

There's a fine line between being heard and bugging people, in general I don't want to be bugged by political or religious rubbish when I'm going shopping or going to the bank there are plenty of places to be legitimately heard and to legitimately fight a just cause. I feel like it's cop out, instead of doing something to improve the world they are bugging people to try and make them get out and change the world.

There are lots of things in this world that bug me that I don't like and if people ask or I decide to I give them my opinion, or try to change them myself but shouting my opinion at other people or writing graffiti on their property every day seems counter productive, especially when most peoples opinions are Butt.

It wasn't paint for Christ sake! rolleyes A good rain shower would have erased that chalk or doesn't it rain in San Diego?

Imo...frivolous lawsuit if the words were written on a sidewalk and not on the bank's property. Glad it turned out okay.
