    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Your log does not show signs of this infection.

Are you able to boot normal boot mode? How about safe boot mode?

    Help please

Blue screen says check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption and then restart your computer

This all started when I got the FBI virus and tried to remove with hitman pro kickstart

    Re: Help please

I merged this thread back with your first thread. Please keep all posts about this particular computer and current problems in one thread.

It would have been a good idea to tell us that you did this to begin with. This probably explains why I do not see the infection in your logs. The problem is that I do not know what else you removed with Hitman. Hitman can list lots of things that are not problems. Removing the wrong thing can result in unbootable PCs!!! And based on your FRST log, you probably had other issues on top of FBI MoneyPak.

    Let's try the below.

Download this >> View attachment fixlist.txt

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
    • You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.
Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (See how to attach)

Now see if you can boot into normal Windows.

when i click on fix it says No fixlist.txt found the fixlist.txt should be made and saved in the same directory the tool is located
