I quit 10 time a day :-o although i did stop for 12 years and just 1 cigarette got me going again.

No secret. I went to the stop smoking clinic st the VA hospital. It took 5
tries but I made it. I was given a combination of Zyban and patches. Then
there was some "want to".

Stick with it. I've been smoke free now for 30 years. best decision I ever made.

 

Just think of all the money up in smoke. Could have bought a lot of geek

I quit when Marlboro reds were 34 cents for a pack of 20 and they just went up to 36 cents a pack....... Yep 37 years ago when I was 22 years old and bought my first house I couldn't afford the extra .02 a day so I quit
My younger brother is still a very heavy smoker and he now pays over $20 a packet. Lucky he is an air traffic controller and can afford it......rolleyes
