Green folders on Win7 and Permission Denied

Hello!

I made new formatting on my Win7 x86 only on Disk C:
so
C:\Windows

and I have not touched at all driver D:\ Once I have made ​​format C:\ successfully, notice that different folders and file on D:\ have become with green color. When trying to make any move, like edit, copy/paste, delete not to allow me with reason: "I do not have administrative rights to perform x action". I'm trying to do decryption with Windows but I am unable to do.

Please, could you recommend me anything what can I do?

They are encrypted. if you wish to turn the encryption off, right click on the file(s)/folder(s) > Properties > Advanced > un-check "Encrypt Contents To Secure Data"

Thank you very much for your reply and suggestion.

Actually the system Win7 not let me to do this action because thinks I'm not Administrator when in fact I am such Admin

It is impossible to do further action Can you give me any other suggestion?

P.S. Can I do this action in Safe mode or Normal Mode?

I've attached a .PDF document on how to take ownership and grant yourself full permissions to a drive in a .ZIP archive attachment. Download the file, unzip it and follow the instructions. You should then have full access to those files.
