I've recently reinstalled my windows because I tought that the problems were caused by some corrupter files or something, but I got the same problems with a freshly installed windows.
I have windows 7.Sometimes my computer randomly restarts(no BSOD)and then the windows recovery thing asks me if I want to start my windows normally or in safe mode.Sometimes it just freezes permanently.
I have some screens of the info Belarc gathered.

I noticed that the freezes occur more when I use UTorrent,or just when I use it.

    Help please.

I have 100 answers for you. First, I don't know what software is on your computer that might cause this, uTorrent is unlikely.

First 2: Scan your hard drive for errors. Scan your memory for errors.

    UBCD has all the tools:

P.S: Posted same time as the mekanic. I suspect it's not malware as you reinstalled Windows.

It could easily be hardware, check the hard drive/memory as MA suggested, also find the make/model and specs of your power supply unit.

If it mostly crashes during intense networking activities, try updating your Ethernet driver to version 7.073.

Also ensure you have updated to SP1 and installed all Security/Critical patches via Windows Update.

I updated the etherned driver but again, after 3 minutes of using utorrent, the pc freezes.
I cannot seem to get the UBCD or memtest boot(i'm using a usb stick),i followed the tutorials but it didnt work.also,i have set the removable device to the highest priority when booting.

Looking at your computer specs, i'm not sure if it could boot from USB - unless you can tell us otherwise, you'd be safer trying to boot from a CD. (Usually, any bootable USB stick would show as such in the BIOS if it was inserted at the time.)

Reason I thought malware was it seemed apparent OP continued to use uTorrent after reinstall.

But, could be a host of other reasons as well. Just wanted to rule it out.

My computer also freezes at start-up,when the "Starting Windows" message appears.I have to restart it several times to work.

Check the PSU. Also if you are plugged into a surge suppressor, check that.

I've been reading threads where the 0xC000000D error with kernel power indicated and frequent freezeups was caused by either a problem PSU or a problem surge suppressor.

Is there a test I can do to see if the PSU works properly?

I have a Dell all in one 24 and it starts then freezes. Then sometimes windows starts and freezes, then sometimes it starts and then everything starts up then Hitman
runs then freezes. I can't get it to stay running. I also ran Malwarebytes and it found 15 items but it still not working right.
Anybody have any ideas? Thank you.
