backdoor.graybird on windows 7

Ive looked at all the posts about this but dont understand how to do it..

"backdoor.graybird" pops up on Norton everytime I turn on my computer and says that Norton can't remove it. I've tried to delete the file but it says that I need access from the computer administrator but I dont know how thats even possible.

Help?

You will need to follow all instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST Malware Removal Guide (incl. spyware, virus, trojan, hijacker)

I downloaded defogger and it says to wait for a malware professional assistance before disabling them?
