how to force delete office folder and regkey

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\OFFICE\UICaptions (and the folders 1036 and 3082 or the dlls) can't be deleted

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office can't be deleted either.

When I try and delete at reboot or replace with dummy at reboot with killbox the files in UICAPTIONS (folders 1036 and 3082) microsoft removes them from the list of delete at startup (something about removed from list by an external process)

I think I just need help force deleting the UICAPTIONS folder and the office reg key in hkey_local_machine then virusoffice2010 will be gone and killbox will stop being linked to office2010 msiexec.exe "configure" even though office is no longer installed.

Ya thanks I read that already. Problem is I don't have virusoffice installed anymore. I just want to get rid of all the traces of officevirus2010 and I can't delete that regkey (access denied) or the folder (access also denied).

Thanks fileassassin couldn't delete it but unlocker could. Now I am half done. Any program that can do what unlocker does to reg keys? Thanks again.
