Just the sound of those make me happy. I'm so sad I got rid of my Mustang.

Ha! Yeah, I saw that. Some of the Hot Rod chatters mentioned it when I was reading up on the videos - some of the theories about why the speedo's going backwards are funny as hell.

Laura, I remember a video somewhere featuring a 700hp King Cobra that would give you chills. The narrator was speaking real soft, smooth French or Italian (can't recall), lulling you to sleep when slowly/suddenly you start feeling that Ford thunder coming over the mountaintop - awesome.

I went through the nitro RC car phase 10 years ago, since then I've been through the RC plane and chopper phase:-D Once the novelty wears off they get boring just driving or flying them round in circles.

May I ask how old you are Goldenskull? I've always had you pegged for a youngster but ya never know on forums, feel free not to answer it's your porogative, I'm 33 BTW.

Awesome video! 750 HP might beat my Camry. :-D

If I could have one, it would be the Cobra, just because it looks faster.

I am just getting a holster and maybe a new trigger for a gun for Xmass...

31 I know i don't act my age some times but who does any more.Even people in there 80's don't act there age any more.

That little Nitro RC car would probably win at a drag race with my car.

Ok, then - if not one of the Shelbys then how about a boat?

The hulls for these Beneteaus are made here in my hometown.

I'll take just one - I ain't greedy. There's one for sale at Yachtworld for a little over $900,000. Cheap - can't afford not to buy it...

Since we are talking about Christmas presents, this is something I've always wanted. I will probably never get one because they are too expensive but a girl can dream...:zzz

Rikky, we like the Keurig coffeemakers - I believe every household in our extended family has at least one Keurig. They make excellent gifts.

Lady Dy: that thing looks like it might vibrate - be careful! :-D

Hey Rikky, I have had a Saeco Syntia coffee machine for the last 3 years and it has been completely trouble free. I use 3kg to 4kg of freshly roasted beans every month. Two mates got De Longhi machines around the same time as me and both their boilers have failed within two years.;)

This is a pic of mine without the auto milk frother as it wasn't available when I bought it

This is the new model with auto milk frother and with a removable milk container so you can keep it in the fridge.

Both the De Longhi and Saeco machines make great coffee and in Australia they are both much cheaper than the highly rated Jura machines ;)

    Mmmmmmmmmm coffee:drool:drool:drool

I like the look of it too, nice display and I love the transparent bean container on top which the delonghi's lack, they also have black and grey lcd display which I hate and they never survive well in damp kitchen areas.

    Thanks I'll look into it:cool

    EDIT Saeco are actually Phillips.

    Loads on amazon.

IIRC Phillips took over the company last year or maybe the year before but SAECO supposedly still operates independently rolleyes The reason the SAECOs are so good is they make most of the commercial units for fast food stores like McDonalds and Burger King and these have ceramic bean grinders which are generally too expensive for other brands but SAECO orders so many for their commercial lines that they get them cheap enough to include them in their domestic models. Ceramic grinders don't tear the beans as much as stainless steel and this means the beans don't get so hot during grinding and they retain more of their aromatic oils and sweetness. Dunno if this is really true but it makes damn fine coffee and with the same beans in my Saeco and my mate's De Longhi mine does taste slightly sweeter and has much more crema on the surface of an espresso :-D

That's a nice looking machine, Rikky. Why do all the nice things have to cost so much? :cry :-D

A Keurig is something else I want that is out of my price range, it sucks being broke. :-D

BTW, mixers don't vibrate silly boy :p

Yeah I've been looking at bean to cup machines for about 10 years, never been in a position to buy one or coffee hasn't been one of my priorities, that won't change since I quit drinking coffee.

I have a friend who owns a bakery and he just spent over £1000 on a mixing machine similar to the one you posted although it had 2-3 times the capcity, only difference being it was made in England and was over 50 years old:-D
