under hardware...but I am not even sure that is where I should have posted it...actually I have posted the same question 3 different times now and still yet it is not showing.
can I just post a question here it seems to show up here

Did you try to start a new thread or were you posting the question in an existing thread.

Some forums on MG can only be replied to by the thread originator and approved members. :major

 

I started a new thread but it is not showing up under hardware...i'm not sure what to do

First do a search to see if someone else has asked the same question or had the same problem.
If not and you wanted to ask for help in Hardware then open the hardware forum and click on the New Thread button.
Type in the subject of your question and then outline your question in the message box. When finished click on the preview post button to check your post is how you expect and if it is then click on submit. :cool

Please remember to tell us what type of PC hardware you have and what operating system you are running. If you are unsure of your system hardware you could run Belarc Advisor.

I have searched for the problem but had no luck finding anything that might help me although I have no computer knowledge at all when it comes to trying to fix one. I will try and repost my question hopefully it will show up this time.

They are getting stuck in the moderation queue.

The only thing that looks might be triggering it is the large amount of empty whitespace before you start typing. The forum software is getting confused, I guess. It could also be your username that is doing it.

I approved your software thread and deleted the duplicates.

I'll head to hardware now and see whats up there.

Lets leave it in software. If its determined a hardware issue, we will move it for you.

Hello I don't mean to be such a bother but I tried 2 different times to reply to a answer that I had received about my computer (in the software section) and it did not show up...can you please help also I am not seeing where to report post...sorry for the trouble

Hello I am so sorry about the multiple threads when I had first started asking for help it would not let me post the question...I finally went into the lounge and posted a test question to see if it would let me do it there...It did. anyhow a moderator came on there and had told me that the questions were getting hung up in the moderator query and that she had fixed it and deleted the multiple post. I do apologize.

 

Part of the problem is that you posted so many threads that you also got mixed up in which one you replied to.

Looks like the malware one is active.

You replied to the software forum one though.

I've closed the software one. Continue with the malware one, and if they need to, they will move it to the appropriate forum for you.
