Let's see if the below will help. This has worked hundreds of times in the past but lately, WDO seems to be breaking things worse than in the past. This could mean a reinstall is will be necessary if the below does not work.

Download this >> View attachment fixlist.txt



Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

• You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).

Now see if you can boot into normal Windows.

I would bet that based on some working and some not that it is just the typical Windows Update problems that millions of people have, but to check now than be sorry later. If it is not malware, I would then send you to the Software Forum.

By the way, I disabled Spybot's Teatimer program since it really should not be run with MSE running and also Teatimer has been notorious for getting in the way of malware cleanup and also has been known to have negative effects on system performance.
