    I have read the previous post on this subject but i am not allowed to post there i have read and done all the tasks from the read me first and still need help with getting rid of the entrusted11 program that i can not delete from add and remove program
    I have windows 7 Home Premium

    NOTE: Please use correct sentence structure, capitalization, and punctuation - it's far easier to read.

    Thank You for your reply.
    I am not sure what to do here when i go to download the defogger it takes over my computer by shutting down all tabs open in my chrome window
    Its loading many different things on my computer.
    I have no options and everything just disappears every time i try running it
    Any Advise?

    A quick way to see if you have a virtual drive installed is to see how many CD/DVD drive icons you have in My Computer, compared to the actual physical equipment installed. *Skip the running Defogger step if programs such as Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120%, CloneCD, Nero, UltraISO etc. aren't installed.

    Please remember to run the tools ONLY once and attach those logs for review.

    If you have read and done all the tasks from the READ & RUN ME FIRST then why are you still back on the Defogger item which is way before you have completed and run any of the malware scans?
