Winamp Shoutcast online service does n't work?

After end of Winamp support wondering if the connection to the Shoutcast in Winamp Library is already broken? Is there any substitution or plugin (for connection to a radio databases) when I want to use Winamp to continue? I don't mean web services, which is enough.

I had a problem with Shoutcast radio when I installed Winamp on my Windows Vista drive — I couldn't get any station to play. The solution was to turn off UAC in Vista — all my bookmarks play fine now and since I'm the only one that even touches my computer, UAC is unnecessary for me. UAC also prevented some of my Startup programs from running so, I'm leaving it turned off.
