Cannot figure out This Cue File

I'm trying to figure out what a DJ friend of mine did to this cue file to not make it work. I'm posting the code and could someone tell me what is wrong with it. I'm a novice at this but I can follow directions with no problem. I would really appreciate it as all of his cue files will not work!!!!!!

If this line is referencing a file location on his PC, that could be your problem.
Make a copy of the cue sheet and save it elsewhere. Take the cue sheet still in the same folder as the music file and change the first line to

See if that will work.

I couldn't wait and tried that but got an error message and here it is:

What is the audio file's name? Is it 'The Diva Series - Beyonce.wav' or 'The Diva Series - Beyonce 2.0.wav'?
