Ok I need a program that can convert scanned hand writting (not cursive) into a text document.

I allready tried ABBY online and it seriously just didn't work at all.

I know there is One Note in Office but I don't have that.

There are all these programs that just convert scanned printed text but it's not what I'm looking for.

Anyone know of any other solutions?

What you need is called OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software. Many scanners come with some form of it, and such programs are also sold separately. None is perfect, particularly on handwriting since everyone's is different.
