Is there anything that'll let me know when my temperature excedes a limit?

Hello, first time poster. I'm looking for a program that'll notify me when my laptop's temperature exceeds a limit. I want this because it crashes when it overheats. Not looking for a solution to the problem itself, only the program (believe me, i tried everything). Thanks. :)

Hi, SamerGabro. Welcome to Major Geeks. :)

Along with the programs JoeRay12 suggested, I'd suggest that you at least get a can of compressed air and blow any dust out of the ventilation holes and fan(s) and make sure the fan(s) are working properly. Otherwise, you could end up losing the laptop altogether.

I tried doing that but that doesn't seem to work. It's working just fine, I'm not even sure it's the temperature. Thanks.

Real Temp & SpeedFan display the temperature in the bottom right of the taskbar, so that's great. But they still do not notify when it exceeds a limit.
EDIT: RealTemp works just fine! Thanks for your help.
