Microsoft Outlook 2007 issue

    I'm also wondering what is in the folder labeled Microsoft Office Tools below Microsoft Office.
    I can't seem to find any info on it.

    I don't have a folder like that.

    You can have two versions of Microsoft Office installed, ie Word 2003 and Word 2007, etc. but, not two versions of Outlook. I'm guestimating Outlook 2002 was installed, and when you installed Outlook 2007, that caused the problem. You can re-install Office 2002 without Outlook. Then install Outlook 2007. I installed Word 2003 on a PC that has MS Office 2010 installed.

    Here's a snapshot of what's in the Microsoft Office 2007 Tools folder.

    Thanks. I expect because I have the Home and Student edition, I don't have all the Bells and Whistles the full versions have.
