iphone 5 syncing problems

    Hi I run in to a wall syncing iphone5, the problem stared it when I restore the iPhone 5 with iTunes iPhone 4 backup it was a painstaking process it will constantly stop syncing after about 2 or 3 apps finely after 50 or so restarts I manage to install all then when it came to photos same thing so then I decided it to start all over and restore again now I have additional problems, all my apps are missing from iTunes library. I have tried all the fixes that is on the net but now I am this close (--) to getting a Samsung.

    Version 8.1.3
    Firmware 7.03.00

    I will be most thankful for any assistance.

    Here is the message that has just been posted: By petercummins89 but it dint show on the forum so I am posting it hear BTW I try this 50 times and it only sync's 2% then it stops syncing

    HI

    If I have this right you are trying to recover an iPhone 4 backup to an iPhone 5?

    Is your iTunes at current latest version?
    Do you get any sync errors or does the sync just stop at a specific %?

    I always found when I had an iPhone the recovery after a reset a pita, but what you could try is some of the info below if not already, but do let us know what you have tried and any errors you get with any steps.

    The advice to unplug all bar mouse/keyboard USB devices is good and just plug in your iphone + the KB and Mouse.

    Yes right I try to recover or (sync)an iPhone 4 backup to an iPhone 5.
    the sync stops at 5% then I use the task manager to kill the iTunes proses because after closing iTunes the program remain running in the background. Then try again and again it stops at 5% so I did it about 40 times and got all the apps installed but my pictures still incomplete.
    The same results I got in syncing my wife's iPhone 5s from the same computer and the wife's own backup

    So now I am looking in to Samsung just copy & paste and done :cool

    BTW I did all the staff mention in the apple link but nothing worked.
