How do I get rid of the CmTray.exe popup?

Every time I restart my computer I encounter the CmTray.exe popup. From what I've seen on the internet everybody agrees it's some kind of malware. In fact right now I'm using my Malware anti bytes to try and find and kill it. If that doesn't work though how else can I put an end to CmTray.exe ?

 

It's not malware.
Open System Configuration (msconfig), click Startup and disable it.
