I followed all of the instructions to malware removal and the logs are attached here and in a subsequest thread.
I don't know if I am clean or not.
When running MGTools I did get the following message:

"Process dll.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
    Process id=O0x27cO(10176) Thread id=Ox29dc(10716)

Click OK to terminate the application
Click Cancel to Debug the application"

I pressed Cancel and got the following message:
"Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of Ox2(2). Please check computer settings.
    cordbg.exe !a Ox27cO
Click on retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.
Click on cancel to abort the JIT debug request."

    I clicked cancel.

Three of the six logs are attached here. The other three are on their way.
    Thank you

    Bo

Run RogueKiller and run a scan. After it finishes the scan, select the Taskstab and then select any of the below that exist and then click the Delete button.

Then select the Files tab and if the below exist, click the Delete button again.

    Then immediately reboot your PC.

After reboot, run a new scan with RogueKiller and save a log as in original instructions and attach the new log.

There weren't any other issues. Are you actually having problems?

I will run those scans and check those files. I was getting an fbi/nsa ransom notice. Thanks. I will let you know what happens.

I re-ran roguekiller, deleted the files you highlighted, rebooted and ran the scan again. Attached is the log of that final scan.

Looks good now. Since I do not see any signs of ransomware, I will give you final instructions to complete unless you still have problems.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    7. If you are running Win 8, Win 7, Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below to flush restore points:
      • Refer to the instructions for your WIndows version in this link: Disable And Enable System Restore
      • For Windows 8 and 8.1 system restore see this link: Win 8 System Restore - How to enable/disable
      • What we want you to do is to first disable System Restore to flush restore points some of which could be infected.
      • Then we want you to Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    8. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
