Will The Jello Pudding Man Beat His Rap In Court?

Just in the nick of time before the statute of limitations runs out on this crime http://www.people.com/article/bill-cosby-arrest-warrant-rape-2004 it appears Mr. Pudding's luck has run out. What makes it even more interesting is the victim he assaulted is a lesbian who claimed she had no interest at all in Jello Pudding. But what I'm wondering now is does the Pudding Man have anymore surprises up his sleeves? I suspect it's going to be tough to make the charges stick on the Pudding Man. What the hell really sticks on pudding anyhow?

Actually I didn't start it anymore since the only 2 choices I included in the poll were guilty or innocent. I understand if you have moderating powers you can have all the fun you want here. I've done my share of moderating too. And I'm guilty of setting up some message boards too, including one that for some odd reason nobody uses anymore. Either way even though I believe the Pudding Man is guilty. I also believe they're going to have a tough time making the charges stick on pudding. This guy could be the Teflon Don of the dessert crowd.

The only 'fun' in moderating & administration is 'slapping' the spammers off these forums. The rest is work.
Do you think the third option I added is out of place?

 

I never had much fun exterminating spammers, they're just like cockroaches and other pests, since they always find a way to come back and annoy you. I'm no fan of the 3rd option really. I was just interested to see what the general public thinks is going to happen when Cosby gets his day in court.
