Apologies...only Way I Know To Say "thank You"...

Having just noticed red "Alerts" against my signon, I was surprised and embarassed upon checking to find these Alerts were from people who had posted acknowledgements these past couple of days.

Being unfamiliar with how this new website works (I've been away some years), and at risk of feeling sillier, the only way I can think to acknowledge and say "Thank You" is to post here.

Or perhaps there was no need to worry...?

What the hell, I prefer to look silly rather than ignore good intentions.

And if you want to say Thank You, just click Like at the bottom right of the post.

 

Red "Alerts" go upon viewing. Hence nothing showing when you viewed. Thanks for your clarification. I'm not familiar with this new site so guess I'll bumble along until I get to know what to do by osmosis.

The Alerts (in red) are from threads you posted in.
You'll also see the Inbox in red when someone replies to a message (conversation).
