Typical, ignore the popular vote and choose the candidate with super delegates.

I heard on the radio this AM that Obama is planning to endorse Clinton later this week after the dust settles from today's vote.

Clinton simply cannot be declared the winner, since the delegate voting tally of actual primaries not only hasn't finished, but the delegate votes that NBC wrongly called (including the 'super-delegates)' cannot be cast until the convention itself in July. Assuming what way those super delegates will vote isn't the same as Clinton having won. She has not..yet.

Thank you!! That has been bugging me for WEEKS! Nobody has won in either party until their respective conventions. But for some reason news sources that are perfectly willing to call Trump the "presumptive Republican nominee" are utterly incapable of using the same phrase for the Democrats.

There will probably be a universal cure for all cancers long before politicians put their differences aside and work together for the greater good of the country and all it's people.

I'm booking a day off after the vote in NOV as it will be well worth staying up in the UK to watch this unfold, better than our elections.

It will be interesting. The Hildebeast sure has a lot of skeletons in her closet. I wonder how the Trumpster will go after her...

With false tan prehaps! thing is Hills has all the skeletons in the open mainly, Trumpster well he has likely a few to surface still and likely the odd dodgy dealings, can he be trusted with the country over a known politician, Trump has pissedoff a huge proportion the the world already so will he be taken seriously. I want him to win in a weird way as I want to see him get Mexico to build and pay for that wall????

He will go tooth and nail for the emails and as the FBI are talking charges or a case to answer that will be his tack, also Bills indiscretions will factor, but bet Hillary will have mortors ready for him and his business dealings.

Think he is the wildcard like we have Jeremy Corbyn, nice protest vote but deep down, not great for the country.

True David, running a big business may not be pretty when brought in the open. I do think we have one or two generations that may only know the Hildebeast as Senator and former Sec of State. They probably never knew that Hillary was fired from the Watergate investigation involving then President Nixon. Then there are some odd dealings with the Rose Law Firm, where she worked. Then there is Cattlegate, Whitewatergate, Travelgate... Not to mention the current FBI criminal investigation of her. And, while she bears no blame for Bill's infidelity, there are several women who allege that Hillary helped silence several women who accused Bill of rape.

Oh, and the VERY suspicious 'suicide' of Vince Foster comes to mind as well. I wonder what all they will find on the Trumpster? I don't think the Clintons have grasped the digital age. Back when Bill was running for Governor and later President, the main news source was newspapers and TV. To research like we can today would take a trip to the library and hours searching microfilm. Now we have instant news, and The Google can fetch us all kinds of old articles and videos from the past.

Fred I think it will be an interesting Sept to Nov campaign, on both sides, weirdly when I look at the campaigns so far and Obamas reign, it really mirrors the West Wing TV series (love it so much I have the box set) so that series was bloody spot on to US politics. I agree the digital age can be the downfall of a politician or business person (or anyone) as what you have said (tweeted) in the past is in cyberspace and will come back to haunt you.
