How much time do you spend on social media each day?

 

I have a tab open for Failbook on my PC, and I regularly open the FB app on my Droid. FB is the extent of my social media addiction. I don't use any other social media apps/services (likely because I'm old).

 

Depends on my day. With work the way it's been for the last two months, I'm barely online for a few minutes right after I get up and a few minutes when I get home at night. And this week I'm working where I have no signal, so checking my phone isn't an option. On days off, though...hours. Hours and hours and hours!

 

Not as much as I'd like. I constantly find myself falling behind, scrambling to catch up with my favorite blogs and forums. Darn those adult responsibilities!

 

Bravo at least you aren't constantly checking while you are at work

Where I work, that's actually a firing offense unless we're on break. If I had an office job or something it'd be a whole different story! lol

 

There are actually office jobs where that is the case... like mine.

 

I recently retired from teaching in an elementary school (I did that for 32 years). I was very careful with how I used my teacher work station and made sure to not use social media or other non-work related websites. One poor fellow lost his job for surfing *inappropriate sites*. I always assumed that my digital footprint was tracked.

 

Point taken... It has been 21 years since I last held an office job, so I truly have no idea what even goes on any more.

 

We process credit cards and handle customer information. No recording devices of any kind are permitted on the production floor.

 

I spend maybe about 2% of my time.I hardly every deal with the social media unless it's important.

I don't even watch TV any more.Be cause most of it's Garbage to me.
