'filename' Is Not A Valid Single File Web Page ?

    Trying to open some docs with Word2003 and get the subject message.
    Others open ok.
    Thoughts ?

    Thanks for the reply.
    Found that post earlier and opened the .doc with notepad (and notepad++), saw the email, and deleted the "MIME-Version: 1.0 " entire email that appeared before all the coded text (hundreds of pages) that should be the Word doc text (although not sure about the NULNULNUL... (tens of pages) part.
    and then after the email; was the 'code/s'...
    Btw, when tried to copy and paste the only the ###... part pasted , not the NULNULNUL... (of which each NUL was highlited, by notepad++, in black with white text) part (had to do that 'by hand'.
    Also tried deleting the email and just the NULNULNUL... part, but no luck.
    Assumed "stripped out" = delete.
    Maybe should have done something differently ?
