Blank White Video Screen On Certain Websites

Hi all,I just joined and hope some smart person has encountered this problem before. I'm seeing a completely white space where a video should be when I click a video link. The link takes me to a web page,and there is no video. Just a white box.It only happens on some sites,and videos work fine on others. Very weird. If anyone can help,I'd be eternally grateful. TIA!

There is basic system information we need:

What is the exact Operating system and any service pack installed - eg, Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8.1 or 10
What web browser are you using when this happens?
Have you tried a different web browser to see if the problem occurs there as well (eg Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, Edge)?

If there is no reason not to, you can also post here links on sites where the problem occurs.

 

Hi,Thanks so much for your reply Max. Sorry,but I'm not very computer savvy.
OS is windows 10
Browser is Firefox
And yes,I just tried Windows Edge and the problem doesn't happen,so it appears to be a Firefox problem? I hope I can resolve this because I really prefer to use FF. Should I try doing an uninstall/reinstall of FF?

Well,I just did a refresh on FF and the problem seems to be gone now. Yay!!
