Stuck In Windows 10 Repair Mode

Greetings - super frustrated here. . .

I am stuck in a Windows 10 repair mode loop. I can boot to the command prompt and but not to the OS. I tried command prompt commands to repair the drive with no luck, right back to the repair loop. I tried the entire suite of Startup Settings from the Advanced Repair menu with the same results. I don't have any restore points and none of the other options work. So . . . .

What are my options? I am running the update of Windows 10 that was forced on me. Can I download an ISO, burn it to disc, and then do a repair from that? I will of course investigate that myself, but can anyone assist if indeed that is the best solution? Are there any 3rd party utilities for solving this problem?

My setup is:

Fully patched Windows 10
i5 4670K
GTX 1060 6 Gig
ASROCK h81m-VG4 mobo
8 Megs of Ram

If you can get into a command prompt window as an administrator, run sfc /scannow

Thank your the tip - I have tried a few other command prompt fixes but I have not seen this one. Wish me luck . . . .

I was able to find several ISO downloads for each version of Windows I could ever need. I burned to disc and USB just in case. These are large files and not require good download speed but work great. Hope this helps.
