Is There A Way To Turn Off Pinch And Zoom In Windows 8?

Not the mouse pad but the actual touch screen. Sometimes when I am flipping pages I may accidentally touch the screen with a second finger and it either zooms or closes the page. I just want single point touch.

Others have asked the same question and are told there is a button to click to turn off two finger touch but most of us don't have it.

Nope. I've been to that page. My mouse properties dialogue box doesn't have the DEVICE SETTINGS menu as indicated on that page. I can't find any way to access anything related to my touch SCREEN, multi finger or pinch features. I don't know if the pad or screen use the same drivers or anything but it is not the touchpad but my screen I want to change.

I am a musician and use my 360/flip/all in one laptop to read music. I simply fold it flat and place it on a music stand to read from. I have a pedal to flip pages but there are many times I have to turn by hand and it is not fun to have the screen zoom or close.

Surely I would think someone created a program to harness the power of the touch screen.
