You haven't run SFC Scannow properly.
You must open Command Prompt (ADMINISTRATOR) see here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/cc947813(v=ws.10).aspx
Then you must type the following EXACTLY with:

sfc /scannow

There MUST be a space between sfc and /scannow

When it finishes (it can take more than 30 minutes!) type or better still copy and paste the following in the Command Prompt window to produce the FULL text file of the entire scan

findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"

You should also consider running Check Disk

I already did the Check Disk but it did not show up on my screen when I have restart my laptop .

 

Just do it again now but DON'T restart your system before running the command to produce a text file.
Run it, then when it has completed, copy and paste the 'findstr' command in my post, then in a second or two the sfcdetailes.txt will be on your DESKTOP.

 

Note: Do ONE thing at a time. Do not do Check Disk until after you have completed SFC Scannow fully.

 

My issues is fixed now .

 

What did you do/how were they fixed? This could help others with the same issues.

 

I have fix my issues was pushing the F8 button keep on pushing it when u see this option and do these options do number 1 and 2 and 3 but for number 3 it will say checking for disk error when it find errors in the disk it will be fixed for you .
