Fan Running Too Fast And Loud

When I launched my stationary PC this morning, there were some books on the keyboard so it started beeping, i don't know which buttons the books were on and my fans started running so fast and extremely loud.
My pc have 3 fans, 2 of them are running on 3XXX RPM and the other one on 5XXX RPM (https://image.ibb.co/jYAjYw/fan.png), I tried to slow them by using speedfan but it didn't work.

Anyone knows what's wrong?

It's not regarded as good custom and practice to multi-post a help issue on several volunteer support forums as it is unfair to users and helpers who don't.
Since you posted on that other reputable forum first, I suggest you pursue it there for the time being.

 

I apologize for my behavior, it's just that the problem is really annoying and I can't focus in anything with the noises, also it's my first time posting in those forums so I'm not familiar with the unfairness issue. So because I haven't receive any solutions, I tried posting it on different forums.

PS: I tried to remove my threat in the other format by clicking on the "unwatch threat" option but its still up there.
