After problems accessing certain programs and things like Control Panel as well as problems when right-clicking on my mouse, I did a complete clean install of Windows 10 64 Bit a couple of weeks ago.

The clean install seemed to fix the old problems but a new one has popped up. When surfing the web, the browser is constantly behaving as if the back button was pushed. It's always backwards, never forward and it happens every few minutes or more at times. It happens in both Chrome and MS Edge. I'm not positive but I believe it has happened in programs like Word and Powerpoint behaving as if I'd hit the Undo button or, I'll be typing a sentence and suddenly the cursor has jumped to an earlier paragraph. This happens when I'm not even touching the mouse.

I'm using a Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard with a unifying receiver.

I've run all the steps as directed and within two minutes, I was on Facebook and it jumped back a page. All requested logs are attached.

Other than what MBAM found, I am not finding any malware in your logs. Perhaps you should try using a different mouse. If you want to pursue the issues, please post in the software/hardware forum.

Since you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Re-enable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8 or 10, it is time to make sure you have re-enabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now go to the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 or 10 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:

I appreciate that, Tim. I'll take it up in hardware.

Should I do anything about the various issues AdwCleaner or RougeKiller found?

    Thanks,

    Bill
