No Sound From New Windown...!!!

Hello,
I was an avid Windows 7.1. PC user. Yes, I know: Microsoft and 'B.G.' churned new versions of this Operating System on a (near?) Semester basis. At first, (Windows 8) I thought the following:
"What...? A NEW Operating from Windows?!? Newer MUST better." Yet, to my luck,... I abstained from 'purchasing' this version.

• (And yes, Mr. Gates I even abstained from using 'illegal black market' copies.)
• Well, a few of my acquaintances, took the (smart) offer from Microsoft to upgrade from Windows 7.1 to Windows 8.0. I REMAINED a Windows 7.1 user.
• Then it happened:
  • A few weeks after the 'introduction' and (upgrade) to Windows 8.0, error and bug messages came in en masse!
  • Microsoft's engineers worked overtime to fix this release.
  • More bug reports and more complaints arrived at Microsoft's Headquarter. (If I would have been there I could have witnessed the engineers hell!)

 

Sorry... an amendment to my previous post:
After I typed it (I thought to myself): "Hey, this is...important stuff. I better make sure that I haven't made any mistakes, yet." So, I re-read my draft and... found a mistake! It was in the subject line. I should have written new PC and Windows 10.
So, bear with me while you will (hopefully?) continue read this ...'thread'.
