Ms Visual C++ Distributable: I Have 16. Delete Some?

Looking in Control Panel/Uninstall, to clean out stuff I don't need, I notice I have 16 entries for 'Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable' variously dated 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013. Should I leave them all, or delete all but the oldest (keeping one x86 and one x64).

 

This is what I did.
I uninstalled all of them, then I downloaded this All-In-One package and all the latest editions were installed.

Note: This is not for Windows XP.

 

Actually, Eldon, I have used an earlier version, but I decided to download and test that version, as in your post-
I thought that I remembered it doing the uninstalling previously.
So I just ran it, anyway, and it offered to uninstall and install all.
I have now a complete clean re-installation of visual c++-
So- no need to uninstall- as the visual c+ runtime installer can do it all .
