Can I Lock The Right-click Menu?

I use a great program called ShellNewHandler to remove any unwanted items that may clutter up my right click menu. The "Adobe Photoshop Image" under "New" is one of those items. But no matter how many times I remove it, it keeps getting re-added any time I launch Photoshop CS4 and use the program. How can I either stop Adobe from doing that, or better yet, lock the right-click menu so no program can add anything there without my permission?

    Thanks!

See if you can find something in Photoshop CS4. If not, you'll just have to keep removing it.

Looks like this was generated from Photoshop CS5, not CS4 (I have both installed). However, I checked both programs and there is nothing about the right click menu. So if there is no way to lock-out programs from adding stuff to the Windows "New" menu, looks like I'm stuck. Is there possibly some way for me to edit the registry? If it's going to be here, maybe at least I can control what it does? What would that string be?

It was posted in the link I gave you
    Using Registry Editor
Run regedit to open the Registry Editor and navigate to the following key:
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

Thanks for the help. I did actually navigate to that menu and found the New Content Menu key for the .PSD registry entry. The only program is, there isn't much info there. All I can do is add something to the Value/Data field. Is there a way to possibly add a value here that will keep the entry but hide it from the right click menu of the desktop? I've already tried deleting it manually but it comes back.

Not that I am aware of.

You look through the settings of the program and if you find nothing, then you'll have to constantly edit the right click menu.

Is Photoshop showing up in the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers menu?

No, but there is a NullFile key under the .PSD extension in the ShellNew folder of regedit.

Open the Registry Editor and navigate to this key.
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.psd\ShellNew
    Right-click ShellNew and click Delete.
