Does this problem happen on all streaming services or just some? If it's a problem on only selected streaming services it may be the fault of the service and not your PC or browser.

As an example, I can stream Youtube flawlessly on all PCs, all browsers (Edge, Firefox and Chrome) and even on my Amazon Firesticks (using Firefox). My subscription to DIRECTV NOW, however, is another matter. Regardless of whether it's a PC with Chrome or my Firesticks, it often freezes for a few seconds on certain channels even when Speedtest.net shows I'm getting a 75 Mbs download speed. It rarely (if ever) works on my AT&T Samsung Galaxy phone. I've researched this and many, many people have the same issues - the blame falls strictly on DIRECTV NOW and its parent company AT&T.

In case you're wondering why I put up with this, three reasons: I was a charter subscriber, getting the $60/month package at a guaranteed price of $35/month for life. Second, my research on competitive services offering cable TV channels (Sling, etc.) indicates most of them have the same problem. Finally, given it saves me about $90/month compared to getting the same channels from Comcast or DIRECTV satellite, I'm willing to put up with it.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks
I live on my phones hotspot wifi and my RV parks wifi the phone provides 6 to 7 Mbs and the park 20 to 24 Mbs in the past with 1.5 Mbs I was able to stream by stooping the video and wait for it to load now with the faster speeds the darn thing stops and never recover and that is what is frustrating. Now granted some website videos have dad recording so I excepted.
So yesterday I went and got video players for all my browsers with the exception of iexplorer and now the videos play with out stop or buffering on Crome, Firefox, and IE, now I don't know what fixed this problem on IE
    Maybe you have an idea

We live in an RV also. AT&T has had some problems the last couple weeks. Check to see of an adblocker might be causing your problems.

ublock origin seems to be the best ad blocker and has never caused me any problems. I have, however, seen buffering and slow loading issues if two or more ad blockers are running at the same time in a browser.

No I don't have an add blocker and is not only the streaming buffering on (some videos) but downloading a software for example it will stop at the beginning or it wont download anything at all. the acceleration hardware is disabled the only thing I can thing of is the wireless card and I don't know how to check it
    Note:
I am on a WiFi and or hotspot my speeds ar any ware from 6 to 28 Mbs but the higher speed don't change a thing.

Absolutely I love the program maybe their another but I don't know nevertheless for the longest time was fighting a loosing battle with downloading and streaming videos on top of that I trade using TOS platform and no one can figure out Y the platform was freezing, unresponsive and down right unusable so one day three weeks ago by accident I exit the program NetWorks and the download I was on finish in one minute then I was free. I don't know if the program is corrupted or not because I love the program for what it does am on a wireless and data limited so I need to know my consumption.
